About
I am a General Surgeon, Surgical Educator, Certified Professional Coach, a Radio Talk Show Host, and a mother of two. Since I came across a book by Dale Carnegie at the age of 12, I have been interested in personality development and human behaviour. Spirituality is another interest I picked up along the way. Through this blog, I hope to share, inspire, motivate, and to some extent, coach myself and anybody else interested.

excellent writing. good choice of topic as well. too many people find it difficult to get out of the rat race while striving for one “success” after another. when it all gets too much for them, sometimes they are too egoistic to ask for or receive help. I am sure you are on the right track with the mental health pre-emptive programmes.

Thanks for the encouragement, Rajesh,
I see a great need, having gone through it myself, and having had to drag myself out of it, with little understanding from people around me.

Hello,
I found your website and could really use some advice. I’m currently a surgical resident that is in need of some coaching and was hoping you could help me out. Thanks.
